Survey Would you Hold Em for a Cure

We are considering organizing a Texas Hold Em’ Tournament to raise awareness and funds to cure Type I Diabetes.  With all the proceeds going to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

An event like this would be a large undertaking and I wanted to gauge interest before moving ahead.  If you would be interested in attending please contact me either by email or at the ‘comment’ link below.

Answers to the following questions would be of great help!

          1. What is your interest level?

          2. Is a $100 buy-in okay?

          3. How far would you drive to get to the event? ex: 30mins.

           4. How many people do you know that would also be interested?

If enough people are interested.  We’d start planning the event for some time in August.  There would be cash prizes for the top finishers, food and refreshments and gift baskets for auction.  This could really be a fun and lucrative way to raise donations and awareness for Type I.  Please take a moment to respond.  Thank you!

UPDATE:  Interest is good so far.  If you may be interested and haven’t contacted my please drop me an email.  I am very close to being able to go forward with the event.
