My dkids say happy birthday. My youngest will have here 5th birthday in a few weeks. Will be her second birthday with diabetes. I wonder if that weird feeling will ever go away, diabetes and a birthday.

Thanks Tim and please tell your little ones that Arden says hello! I think that if you let it happen, the two days don't have to bring unpleasant memories to one another. Even though Arden's diagnosis date is so close to her birthday, I don't associate the two together... Any longer. It takes time. Best to you!
